what I felt during this COVID19 lock-down?

here are some things that i have felt during this lock-down . i feel that these things must be shared with all the respected people present on blog.

There is a simple science behind every phenomenon taking place in this great universe. we normally think that everything should be under our control, and here starts the problem. we human beings think that we have enough knowledge to control all the things. we can tame animals , we can have crops of our desire , we can make things according to our need and luxury , we kill many animals for food , leather and other purposes. we cut the trees , change the paths of rivers, have set up industries.

But is there anyone to stop us?

yes of course the nature has a lot to say and to do. simply a Virus which can’t be seen with naked eyes is enough strong to bring the whole world to halt.

when we see the whole world , one thing comes to my mind that a new kind of scenario has came in front of us, either be the economy or human loss , a global citizenship. yes we have to look after each other without thinking about the boundaries . we have to be well wishers of each others as well as the nature. our interference with the nature must be limited. for mental and physical health we must be in harmony with nature. here in the tough time we can see clearly the human spirit is again getting strong.

we are in a state of insecurity now, all the medical facilities have failed but still a positive hope is there . Immunity of our body can easily defeat any kind of viral attack. The people who are working hard , physically are less prone to this disease. here my indication is towards physical exercise or work. all of us have to include physical work in our daily schedule. take a lot of fruits in your diet, add lemon juice in beverages it can be in the form of lemon tea also.the citrus family has a lot of vitamin-C and that is very good immunity booster.

keep sharing and take care.

i just shared my thoughts kindly give your thoughts in comments.
