We all know that the owl is capable of night vision due its special eyes.
But more than this I have noticed a unique feature in it.
That is , it does not create or make any kind of noise while taking a flight.
When the owl is going to fly there will not be any kind of sound and that adaptation help it to catch its prey .

I love owls. I have been honored to be able to “catch” a Eurasian Eagle Owl twice in flight demonstrations. It is one of the largest owls and even among the largest raptors and soooo beautiful, and yes very silent.
