Why the haloarenes (aryl halides) are less reactive than haloalkanes towards Nucleophillic Substitution reactions ? explain with all the possible reasons.

In case of haloarenes the halogen atom attached to the Bezene ring has a double bond like character. The following reasons favour the less reactivity of aryl halides.
