How would you show that the setting of curd is a chemical change?

Here are some chemical things that can show it is a chemical change:-

  1. Its taste has turned from mildly sweet to sour.
  2. The pH of curd is different from the milk which can be easily demonstrated by the help of blue litmus paper.
  3. Formation of aggrigates.
  4. universal indicator can also help.
