What kind of teeth are there in frog ?

The type of dentition in case of frog 🐸 is Homodont and Polyphyodont .

The meaning of these terms will clarify us about the interesting facts about the frogs.

1. Homodont: It means that all the teeth are of same kind. So the every teeth is having same kind of shape, not like us having different kind or shape of teeth.

2. Polyphyodont : It means that the teeth will come many times during the life cycle . Which simply means that the jaws will never be without teeth.

One more interesting thing about frog is that its teeth arise directly from the bone or we can say the teeth are the part of bone . So if any teeth breaks , it directly comes from the bone.
