Write the structure of the alkene which on ozonolysis gives butanone and ethanal .

The alkene which will give butanone and ethanal on ozonolysis is 3-Methylpentene. It will dissociate from the double bond to give the products as shown below.

By the ozonolysis we can get desired products.
